Q.  When did you start playing at Elite6ops?

A. I started in the summer of 2015 I think. I was introduced to the place by Deeselphunk. 

 

Q. How did you choose your gamer tag?

A. My first gamer tag for video games was GrimReaper394, but everyone online always just referred to me as 'Grim' so I tried shortening it to that. Since 'Grim' was already taken online, I tried throwing in some extra letters and numbers just to see what was available, At the end, KZxGRIM was the final result, and for iCombat it was condensed to KzGRIM. To be honest, I'm not really sure why I chose 'KZ' to throw in front of the name, but it sounded better to me and it's been that way since.  

 

Q. Have you ever tried the shock belt? If so, how was it?

A. No, I have not, nor will I ever. I've seen some people take that thing way too far. I witnessed a grown man scream like a five year old child and thought 'Nope'. It was kind of funny actually...

 

Q. Any tips for new players?

A. I'll break it down depending on what side of the map you're on. If you're spawning from bank, have some people rush the second floor while the rest sweep down low. There are alot of places to spawn camp that have a good amount of cover. If you're coming from gas station, I would prioritize control of the second floor over everything else. At the same time, from gas station, placing someone in the garage (room next to the couch room) gives a good sight line to the exit of bank spawn and you can pick a lot of people from there. Most importantly though, regardless of what side you spawn from, be unpredictable. Take a new path, take is slow or fast, never go the same route twice and go for flanks. You'll pick quite a few people from doing so. Lastly, especially for new people, be prepared to die a lot. It's easy to spawn camp both sides, so use that 3 second respawn timer to get out of your base quick. 

 

Q. Have a favorite moments playing at E6O that you would like to share?

 

A. I'll give two here. The first was when Deeselphunk and I were the last two survivors in a round of Blackhawk Down. We had about forty five seconds left to survive and we both held a corner upstairs. It got to the point where we were back to back picking people as they ran upstairs, but sadly they got us both with about fifteen seconds to spare. Still, it was a pretty heated survival moment I thought was really fun. 
The other was during a game of Elimination. I was the sole survivor for our team with the other team having four lives left (four players with one life each). I remember hiding within the ticket booth, and two of them walked by the cars so I killed them both. After that, I ran to the opposite side of the middle structure and the other two found me from upstairs. I got hit once, and hunkered down within the corner of the hall until they both came down the stairs. When they both came through the doors I managed to kill them both to secure our team the win. Clutch moment FTW!
